24/7 remote support and 52 field support Centres

At NexusOcean we make a promise to deliver world class after sales service and the biggest asset to deliver this promise is the network of 52 global support centres with onsite spares in stock. These support centres owned and managed by our providing partner EMC will ensure that we have well trained and certified offshore field engineers standby near your assets operational area. Five Network operations Centres (NOC) provide 24/7/365 remote support, proactive network monitoring and the dispatch of the field engineers and spares.
